Is there a deposit?
There is a 50% nonrefundable deposit, on all sessions. The entirety of the session's cost will be due 1 day before the session date.
Will I be able to show you my inspiration?
Absolutely! Not only will there be a free cosultation availabe prior to booking, all shoots are customizable. They will come with a virtual planning appointment we can schedule a few weeks before your shoot! All sessions include styling and make up advice!
Will you travel?
Yes! So long as all of my expenses are paid, I do travel! I also travel within 30 miles of my home, in Virginia Beach, for free!
What if I'm worried about the session time?
I don't put a time limit on my sessions. Most are between an hour and an hour and a half. In this time, I'm typically able to get all of the images and variety I need to create the best gallery possible!
How will I get my photos?
First, you'll receive a sneak peek that will be posted on Facebook. You'll be tagged and able to share the post with your friends and family.
You'll receive a link in an email to an online photo gallery containing all of the images from the shoot! The images will be watermarked awaiting your pick. Each session booked will come with a certain amount of photos with the option to purchase other photos from the gallery, either per photo or the gallery in its entirety.
Some packages include an app version to have all the photos beautifully displayed at your finger tips!
(Of course if the photos are for a reveal, I will not post them until you have done so, first!)
What if I have to reschedule?
I require at least a 7 day notice to reschedule or you'll need to rebook for a fee. The rescheduled shoot must be within 60 days of the original shoot or the session will have to be rebooked, resulting in an additional deposit required.
(If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, I will gladly refund your deposit and/or reschedule!)
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to me. I provide this notice to explain my online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Savannah Smiles Photography website.
The only personal information I may collect is name, email address, street address, and telephone number. Your credit card information may also be collected but, that data is only used to process your transaction and is not stored in any database or shared in anyway.
I use the personal information collected from you to facilitate taking your photographs, communicating with you regarding your photographs and other related products and services, and processing any transaction you may do with Savannah Smiles Photography.
I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to me online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, I have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is particularly important to Savannah Smiles Photography. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those I actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of my website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to me.
